Garmin Instinct Esports Edition Review - Features and price

This Garmin tech is a game changer for gamers around the world. Garmin has developed a new tool called STR3AMUP. This new tool is capable of streaming data from your watch to your audience. The data sent includes your heartbeat rate and stress level. The watch also has sleep tracking features to help the gamer check if they are getting enough rest. Also included in the watch is a dedicated game timer. This is to help you keep an eye on how long you have been playing and help plan breaks.

Data collected from you will sync automatically with the Garmin Connect app. This is where you can see the effects of your habits on your performance. And also see how your body is reacting in different situations.

Garmin’s vice president of sales Dan Bartel says; “Players can also use Instinct’s data to make adjustments in their daily lives. Whether it be altering sleep patterns or activity levels, which can result in increased cognitive and physical performance during play”.

As you’d expect from a Garmin watch, the Instinct Esports Edition also offers accurate GPS tracking. This is to help out those days when you decide to take a screen break, with 30 dedicated sports modes and activity tracking. It’s also compatible with chest strap heart rate monitors so you can see changes in your heart rate more quickly during training.
