Galaxy Tab S7 Lite

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Lite might be announced soon – leaks suggest it’s a mid-range version of the Galaxy Tab S7, and a successor to the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite.

Bringing S6 device into the picture here is especially important, because leaked renders of the Tab S7 Lite carries a lot of similar features to the Tab S6 Lite model.

Evan Blass, a trusted leaker posted some renders of the expected Samsung Tab S7 lite. Although the images are promotional images of the tablet from Samsung, Evan Blass included some information about the tab’s internal features.

According to Blass, just like the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, the tablet chipset will be the mid-range Snapdragon 750G. Though not as powerful as the Tab S7’s chipset, the mid-range Snapdragon 750G is quite okay for medium-price device. ┬áIt will possess at least 4GB of RAM, and run Android 11 OS.

Though the Samsung’s non-premium tablets is known to have pretty weak processing power, the chipset used in the Tab S7 Lite is quite a disadvantage and needs a power boost to rival the entry-level iPad.

The render shared by Evan shows the device in a Mystic Black color variant. It is expected to have a 12.4-inch LCD panel display with thick bezels on all sides. The render showing the front of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Lite shows the repositioned camera on the longer edge of the screen.

As for the back, the renders reveal changes from the Tab S6 Lite. The Tab St lite possess two rear cameras unlike the Tab S6 Lite that has only one. We are not certain what the secondary snapper is, but assume it will either be a depth sensor or ultra-wide camera.

As expected, the Tab S7 Lite has a little less premium design when Compared to the Tab S7. On the other hand, the S7 Lite could be a lot more powerful than the weak S6 Lite due to its design and internals.

Although Samsung has an event on the 28th of April, we don’t think the Tab S7 lite will be announced in the event. However, we hope to see this device on or before the second half of the year.
