Xiaomi’s Poco brand has released its latest budget phone, the Poco M3. As most phones manufactured by this brand, the Poco M3 design is classic and comes with an extraordinarily strong spec sheet considering its incredibly low price.
The Poco M3 display sports a 6.53-inch 1080p LCD screen. It has a waterdrop notch on the display that houses the 8-megapixel selfie camera. The display is quite basic, and the fingerprint can be found at the side of the device. The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the power button rather than on the screen. The panel however is a 60Hz panel. Do not be alarmed, this is expected for a device at such price. However, the phone is quite sharp enough for your daily use.[wptb id="1577" not found ]
Poco M3 Design
Looking at the Xiaomi’s Latest budget phones, the Poco M3 from behind, the design definitely stands out. It has an eye catching large glossy camera bump with a bright white “POCO” logo written on it on the rear panel. It has a 48-megapixel main camera and two 2-megapixel sensors for depth and macro. This seems not to be a really good camera setup, however what do we expect from a device at an exceptionally low price. Although the Poco M3 chassis is constructed out of plastic, it uses a leather-ish finish. This feels much nicer than most plastic phones. The M3 is available in black, yellow, and blue colors.
This phone runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor with MIUI 12 and Android 10. Poco M3 battery is an impressive big 6000mAh battery which is predicted to last for an entire day and probably more than depending on your usage. The phone weighs 198g and has a manageable thickness of 9.6mm. The Poco M3 comes with 4GB of Ram, you also have the choice of going for the M3 with a 64GB or 128 GB of storage.
The phone comes with two SIM card slots in addition to a separate microSD slot. There is also a headphone jack as well as a USB-C port.

Price And Configuration
Xiaomi placed the Poco M3 on the market on November 27th. The starting price Price of Poco M3 is at $129 for the 64GB model and $149 for the 128GB model.
Even at those higher prices, the M3 looks like it’ll be particularly good value by US market standards. You could compare it to this year’s Moto E, for example, which starts at the same $149 price point but has a 720p screen, a Snapdragon 632 processor, a Micro USB port, 32GB of storage, and just 2GB of RAM.[wptb id="1577" not found ]
